Aug. 12 (Bloomberg) — Erik Lueth, senior regional economist at Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, talks about the outlook for South Korea’s economy and central bank monetary policy. The Bank of Korea left interest rates unchanged as slowing growth in the US and China clouds the outlook for Asia’s recovery from the global financial crisis.
