@Charugiatwo lol You are the Dumbass because the truth is its a more efficient and hasteful method. To use the Eagle and drop the ring in the Volcano from above. It would have worked with some kind of distraction so there you go. They did Journey plenty of times thats all they did travel from underground through Forrest and winter mountains and back through Elf lands ect lol They got lucky no troops or orcs ect guarded the mountain paths “Unrealistic”. They would have eaten the hobbits lol
