3. James Bond
The most famous secret agent in cinema history, a night on the town with James Bond (whichever one is your favourite) would be interesting to say the least. Known worldwide for his habit of drinking vodka Martinis, a few rounds at the bar may send you broke, but worthwhile none the less.
4. Lt Aldo Rein (Brad Pitt) from Inglorious Basterds
Cocaine addict and all round psycho, who knows what would happen if you went out to your favourite nightclub with this guy. With a handy ability to waste Nazis, this Jewish cult hero is one of the most enigmatic characters to have recently graced cinema screens.
5. Happy Gilmore
It doesnt take a genius to realise why this guy would be an awesome drinking buddy to take to your favourite bar or nightclub. The man who revolutionised golf (Not in the same way as Tiger Woods) and all round funny bastard, Happy Gilmore is responsible for some of the funniest things ever seen on a golf course.

Who knows what Chris Tucker was on when he dreamt up this character, but if you were going to a bar or nightclub with this guy, Id imagine it would be a boys only. One of the funniest supporting characters in cinema history.
One of the things that most people think of when they hear the words internet radio is the amazing variety of music stations that are available. Whether its a station that plays 80s music favorites around the clock or one that broadcasts show tunes from past and present Broadway hits, a little searching can turn up a multitude of options for listening to your favorite genres. This can be manna from heaven for those who have gotten tired of listening to nothing but top 40 and similarly mainstream genres of music.
However, finding specialized music stations that appeal to your specific tastes is only scratching the surface of everything that online radio has to offer. While finding the perfect gospel music station might be enough to satisfy some listeners, there is much more out there to discover and enjoy.
For those interested in history, the opportunity to enjoy the type of entertainment that was common in the early days of radio is an amazing opportunity indeed. There are a variety of shows out there, both vintage and new, for you to discover and enjoy. Although you might not be able to get your family to crowd around the computer the way that households used to gather to listen to the exploits of their favorite characters every night, it is certainly something new for you to enjoy.
Perhaps youre not pleased with your local news coverage and would like to hear something from a different area or viewpoint. Online radio offers you a wider choice of news sources than you have in your local area. Find coverage from all over the globe, focusing on the subjects that are of the most interest to you.
Likewise, there are plenty of sports fans who know the pain of not having any local coverage for their team. If you relocated at some point and still support the sports team from your old hometown, you might find yourself frustrated by your inability to watch or listen to their games. Finding coverage online may just help you feel like youre sitting in the stands once again.
Queen Victoria, Britain’s longest-serving ruler with the time and in the collective memory of a lady with a bulldog charm, was once young. Rebellious. And sexy. Claims in any event, the film “Young Victoria”.
When the 18-year-old Victoria ascended the throne of England in 1837, is the United Kingdom on one imperial Machthöhepunkt. If the court is intrigued for influence on the government and destiny set from abroad, Prince Albert - as the son of Duke of Saxe-Coburg not really befitting lot - to the inexperienced queen. But the young men beat the intrigue players a trick to get married really fall in love, and survive even a short Selbstfindungsehekrise. That’s it already with Victoria’s youth. From Albert’s death, her only love, and the majority of its over 63 years of service then tell only a few sparse tablets.
So dry and trivial is the story told entirely from the perspective ruler Blaublüterromanze. The social and economic upheavals of the 19th Century, the script touches only peripherally, some political verbal skirmish with the authors succeed Julian Fellowes, an avowed conservative who likes to ennoble as a resistance fighter in the liberal British cultural life, something more pointed.
A film with such a limited world view, of course, lives primarily by the actors. Victoria certainly was young once, but just as certainly not as hot as her actress Emily Blunt who plays with the loving Trotzköpfchen rather braked foam, which was enough for a Golden Globe nomination and was judged by the critics mostly enthusiastic and sometimes bored . From their roles as bloodless perfidious Strippenzieher make the reliable, Mark Strong and Miranda Richardson still the best, and Jim Broadbent may draw fine as king of the dismantled leather.

Your Favorite Celebrity On Twitter Needs Your Vote
By: Bobbie Sheppard
Twitter me this. Twitter me that.
Everything is a-twitter on the celeb front. Some of us have our favorites. We just can’t help it. Sometimes, we dare tell anyone either. These are the ones we stalk out of habit or boredom. Some of us stay up to date on our favorite actor’s tweets because it sounds good in casual conversation. “OMG, did you hear?? Brit is in the hospital again! Just the other day, Jamie Lynn and I were tweeting and…” Others follow Celebs because they love to hate them. “Tiger Woods is so sleazy, I remember one day on twitter, he was acting so into me when he thanked me for the FF” Some people are just nosey. If I Tweet Barack Obama enough my solution to the health care bill, he’ll answer me. Or block me.
So who is you’re favorite?
Do you follow Shaquille O’Neil? He’s a pretty decent “tweeter” and comical like he is on television. A couple of years ago, Shaq, like many celebs got wind of an impostor. His retort was that his fans new who the real Shaq is because his tweets are Shaq-a-licious!. Shaq is on Twitter as the_real_shaq.
If you’re a Shaq twitter follower and love his “tweet” personality, vote for him as your favorite celebrity on Twitter by clicking the voting link below. He’d love to know!
Maybe Ashlee Simpson is your favorite? Not really a twit-a-holic but she does have cute tweets.
Writing this makes me wonder, do we stalk celebs because we like their acting or because we want to act like them? Ok, JK… BFFL.
Is Ashlee Simpson your favorite celebrity on Twitter? Do you just heart her tweets? Vote for Ashlee as one of your faves below.. Ashlee is on Twitter as ashsimpsonwentz
And we can’t leave out the famous Ashton Kutcher. Ashton has tweeted his heart away longer than I have. Fan, Friend or Foe. Hey, wasn’t he like the inventor of Twitter? Oh, silly me, I was thinking of Al Gore and the Internet. My bad. Aside from his wife, Demi Moore, Kutcher could be voted “Most dedicated Twitter Tweeter.” Now there’s an award.
If You’re one of Ashton Kutcher Twitter Followers and he’s your http://www.solobuzz.org/celebrity-buzz/vote-favorite-twitter-celebrity/, show him your support by voting for him below. Ashton is on Twitter as APLUSK
And what about Demi Moore? She’s an extremely active twitterer. As I expected, Demi Moore’s tweets aren’t superficial, boring, or staged. She really keeps everything pretty real in her twitter stream.
Ashton and Demi (OMG, are we on a first name basis?) tweet their lives and it has really inspired some people to do the same. Take Dennis Leary for example. He said that they inspired him to start tweeting. He’s a funny guy too.

Delhi can be rightfully called the Culture capital of India. With the presence of so many historical monuments and a rich amalgamation of Indian culture, it truly represents India. Only a very few cities in the world can compare with Delhi in its culture tourism. The city also boasts of world class entertainment facilities such as theatre shows, musical plays, cinemas, amusement parks, clubs, shopping malls, bowling alley, multiplexes, game parlours, bars, pubs, restaurants, lounges, discotheques, and art galleries.
A visitor to Delhi can have a dream vacation with all these facilities. Places like Janpath in Connaught place, Delhi Haats and Chandni Chowk is a shoppers delight. For handicrafts, Delhi has State sponsored emporiums where you can shop at very reasonable prices.

Delhi also organizes various festivals, which provide a glimpse into local culture and offer alternative entertainment options. For party goers, Delhi has a variety of exciting entertainment options such as restaurants, bars and night clubs.
However, a sad reality exists. As in comparison to other metropolitans of world and even Mumbai, nightlife in Delhi is almost zero. All over the world, when the sun goes down, people go out and enjoy in bars, nightclubs, dance clubs and all that. Nightlife stands for entertainment and fun at night. But, Delhi is far behind of others. The only consolation in sight is that Delhi’s night scene has grown rapidly in recent years and in some time it will be at top. Then the nightlife in Delhi will be totally different.
How To Gain Fans For Your Music Through The Internet Part 2
By: James Allan Giscombe
As I promised in my previous article, here I will talk about what is out there for the musician to connect with his/her/their fans. The Social Media Websites.
So here is a quick A to Z
Blogs
There are many Blog sites. This is an internet name for a diary. You can even add your own on your web page. They are how you give your fans a piece of your soul. The daily/weekly ramblings of an suffering artist or crazy superstar. In addition, since these are likely to be one of the most regularly places you write, they can get you noticed by Google
Facebook
At the moment (2010) this is the king of the internet social sites. It has an almost arrogant disregard for musicians and their wishes. It is said that people go here to meet friends and get news,. Not to search for new people. It is not to be ignored simply because it is the largest. Have a presence there. Most importantly, have a fan page there. A fan page is where people can join the club without having to wait for your approval. Thus you can just push out info to anyone who wants to listen
FourFour
This is one of the challengers to Myspace. I mention it , not because I think it is going to take over. It is just to make you aware that there are other communities’ out there. Because they are smaller, the sooner you get into them the more chance you have of getting noticed within them. Don’t just be a small fish in a big pond. Find a few small ponds. It may simply boost your ego from time to time.
Hubpages
A place for you to place articles about what you think is useful. It is probably more likely that your fans, management, P.R, team (more likely to be your best friend under the cool title of P.R. manager) would write these. They take some writing ability. These should be knowledgeable and mention you in subtle ways. This can get you noticed by the industry and industry followers
My Space
This is the one you probably know the moist about. It has been getting a lot of bad press and is either on the way out or just in a low point. It is however still the most music oriented of all the social sites. It is therefore where people go most often to find new bands. So be sure you are there.
This was the one place you could get people to listen to your music for free without sending them to your webpage. At the time of writing, Myspace is having discussions on what it is going to do with this particular service. Meaning, they have no idea if they can find a way to make money out of it.
Skype, Msn, Yahoo
These are just messenger platforms. The thing with these is that they have webcam ability. I have a feeling that this webcam phenomenon, though it was one of the earliest developments on the web, is not even close to being really developed.
Squidoo
The great “Lens”. I think this is supposed to indicate a thing through which people will view you. It is not dissimilar to Hub pages. You can post many things to this. You can put things from across the various social networks into this as well as post articles. It is an overall look at everything you think your fans should know, see, read and hear.
StudiVZ and MeinVZ
These are much the same and based in Germany. If you are in other countries, then search for your country specific websites. These are very important on the “big fish - small pond” theory I spoke about in the paragraph about Fourfour.
Twitter
Even Barak Obama uses this to talk to the world. It takes some getting used to. What is important about this? Well it is such an individual item that there is no real competition. For this reason almost everyone works with it and not against it. You can use it to post across the board. You can connect your other social sites to it. Post once on Twitter and it is instantly beamed magically to all of the other sites. And you can try to gain those all important Followers.
Website
This is your own personal web real estate. The one place that you can, if you know how, do what you want. It is your calling card, your living room, your own magazine. It is as much part of your image as your clothes. If you can’t dress it well, then do not show it. It is also one of the places you can make money. Not the only place but possibly the best for you and easiest to control.
Xing,
A business oriented site. Although a girlfriend of mine said she had to leave because of all the men trying to chat her up. I find it is great place to interact with the business community. The People with the real Money. Your manager should definitely be part of this. It is the internet Golf course.
YouTube
The all Seeing Eye. Here you can post your videos. It is the other place you can get your music heard and even better, get yourself seen. If you want to perform, this is where you can show your possible fans what you look and perform like. But be careful. It may be where they see your downfall. It has a great ability to attract people. It reaches two senses, sight and hearing. So double whammy. Don’t forget to post your website address all over this.
This is a list but not THE list. There are many out there. New ones hiding, waiting to be found or burst onto the scene. Ones we think are dead but will come back.
Now you have had you little look at what is out there what do you do with them?
Well I would tell you but then I would have nothing to write about in my next article. There are other things to be considered.
Taking Online Guitar Lessons? Know the Parts of Your Guitar
By: Emre Sabuncuoglu
If you are a beginner taking online guitar lessons, there are so many new things to learn. Knowing the parts of your guitar is one topic that you may not learn in some online programs. When you learn these very basic terms, you will be able to converse in a knowledgeable manner with the people in your local music store, and with other guitarists. We will begin at the top of your instrument.
Set your guitar in an upright position with the long, thin part at the top. At the very top of your guitar, you will find the peg head. The peg head holds the tuning devices, called gears, that tighten or loosen the guitar’s strings in order to tune them. Classical guitars generally have slotted peg heads, while rock, jazz and acoustic guitars have solid peg heads. Directly below the peg head is the nut. Usually crafted from bone, the nut holds the strings in the correct positions. The nut’s height determines the strings’ height, as well as the guitar’s action. In general, classical guitarists prefer higher action, while those who play the electric or jazz guitar prefer lower action.
Directly below the nut lies the neck, which is the long, skinny part of the guitar. It holds the fingerboard, onto which frets are installed. Frets are the many tiny bars that run horizontally throughout the entire length of the neck. Pressing your finger on a string at a fret will raise the string’s pitch in order to make different notes. Look at the back of your guitar’s neck. At the very bottom of the neck, right where it joins the larger section of the guitar is a part called the heel. Heels come in an assortment of shapes, some with elaborate decoration. Its purpose, to hide the joint between the neck and the larger section of the guitar, is largely cosmetic.
Now, look at the front of the larger section on your guitar. This part is simply called the face or the top. Around its edges you will find purfling (binding), whose function is simply to hide the joint between the guitars face and its sides. On acoustic guitars, you will discover a round or oval hole, called the soundhole, where the amplified sound comes out of the guitar. Jazz guitars often have f-shaped holes, while most electric guitars have none, since the bulk of the amplification is done electronically. Often, guitar makers decorate the area surrounding the soundhole with an inlay called a rosette. Moving further down, below the soundhole, you will see a horizontal bar containing slots which the strings pass through. This is called a bridge bone. Its purpose is to guide the strings further down, where they are secured to the part called the bridge. Various styles of guitars may have extra or different components, as well as the basic parts mentioned above.
Now that you are familiar with the parts of your guitar, you will be able to discuss guitar terminology with newly discovered confidence. More importantly, knowing the parts of the guitar will help you build more self-assurance as you play.
The new bollywood movie Raajneeti finally hit the silver screen after much speculation! Known for his penchant for meaningful and qualitative cinema, Prakash Jha has put his inside knowledge (he is touted to be very close to Nitish Kumar, the Chief Minister of Bihar) to good use. The film boasts of a mammoth star cast, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Ajay Devgan, Manoj Bajpai, Nana Patekar, Katrina Kaif, Sara Thompson, Naseeruddin Shah and many others.
This Hindi movie as the name suggests, Raajneeti is all about electoral politics and about dynasties in power in India and how people resort to various means to achieve that power. Inspired by the legendary Indian epic, Mahabharat, Raajneeti depicts brothers at war, lusting for power just like the clashing Kauravas and Pandavas. Every character in Raajneeti bears resemblance to characters from Mahabharat. The film also reflects hues from The Godfather by Mario Puzo. Moderately paced, it takes a while to get the grip of the film as drama unfolds gradually. As the movie progresses it brings to light the nasty, vicious and sometimes even gruesome games people play to gain power. It is truly startling to watch how complex politics can be!
The film is about Prithvi (Arjun Rampal), the apparent heir of a political dynasty and top contender for the crown. His biggest opponent is his cousin, Veerendra (Manoj Bajpai) who believes that it is his birthright to rule and will leave no stone unturned to get back the power. Veerendra befriends the fiery young Sooraj (Ajay Devgan) with political aspirations of his own to use him win back the lost power. Sooraj, a Dalit (this character resembles Karna from Mahabharat) is completely unaware of his family lineage, which is revealed much later in the film. Prithvis younger brother Samar (Ranbir Kapoor) with no political dreams and inclinations gets pulled into the battleground of family politics because of an untimely assassination. But he takes to his role like a fish takes to water as he gets guided at every step by his mentor Brij Gopal, played by Nana Patekar. Indu (Katrina Kaif) also gets involved in this political game that gets bloodier by the day.
Unlike other hindi bollywood movies, Raajneeti does not have much scope for songs and humor. The Mora Piya number that has made its way up the charts plays mostly in the narrative. Some critics have negated the film on the grounds of it being too lengthy at two hours, fifty minutes for nineteen reels and a disappointing climax. But Raajneeti is for the thinking audiences as it manages to keep them enraptured even with its length. Prakash Jha does a great job as he deftly unravels the true and horrible face of Indian democracy in an extremely realistic manner. The screenplay is excellent and the dialogues make the desired impact in every sequence. Cinematography too is flawless.
Apart from a gripping plot, interesting story line and superb direction by Prakash Jha the film is marked by stupendous performances by every actor in the film. Naseeruddin Shah is as remarkable as ever in his brief role as Bhaskar Sanyal, a powerful leftist leader. Ranbir Kapoor surprises fans with every film as he is top notch. Arjun Rampals performance is unbelievingly good and true to life. Manoj Bajpai in his negative role could not have been better. Ajay Devgan too stands out and makes an impactful performance. Nana Patekar lives up to his stature as an actor and only he could have given such a convincing performance. Katrina has come a long way too as she sheds her glamorous image to play her part. Her sincerity and naturalness shows.
Raajneeti is a must-watch film for the cerebral cinegoer!
You can catch a glimpse of the latest blockbuster Indian movie Raajneeti at NyooTV - India’s first Social TV Network and one-stop shop for premium Indian movies with a huge collection of Bollywood movies. Hrithik\’s Singing Debut Highlight Of \’Kites\’ Album
By: Punita Lakhani
Film: ‘Kites’; Music Director: Rajesh Roshan; Lyricists: Nasir Faraaz and Asif Ali Beg; Singers: KK, Vishal Dadlani, Suraj Jagan, Hrithik Roshan, Suzanne D’Mello, Rajesh Roshan, Anirudh Bhola and Anushka Manchanda; Rajesh Roshan has another hit album in the soundtrack of much-awaited film ‘Kites’. The album boasts of five originals and four remixes and all the songs exude freshness and melody. Most of them have a romantic touch and it seems the composer composed them specially for people in love.
But it won’t be wrong to say that the highlight of the soundtrack is the song sung by Hrithik Roshan.
The album opens with ‘Zindagi do pal ki’, a melodious song, currently doing the rounds on television channels. The mushy song instantly connects, thanks to simple but meaningful poetry and effective vocals by KK.
This track also has a remix version, which doesn’t sound like an unnecessary addition.
‘Dil kyun yeh mera’, crooned by KK again has a soft, soothing beginning that makes you sway. The romantic song gets a rock feel in the middle, which gives it an edge. A well-composed track.
This too has a remixed version, which unlike most remixes has some substance. It does not entail unnecessary sounds but has beats that gel well with the song. The rap that comes along makes the remix worth a hear.
Next is Vishal Dadlani and Suraj Jagan singing ‘Tum bhi ho wahi’. A slow start, but it picks up pace after a few seconds. The punch in it makes it all the more interesting. It experiments a lot with percussions.
The remixed version of the song, however, is average.
Then we have the most anticipated song of the album, ‘Kites in the sky’. Hrithik makes his singing debut with the breezy love ballad in English. Hrithik proves his mettle as a singer with this soft, free flowing melody. The rise and fall of tempo is impressive. Suzanne D Mello gives ample support to Hrithik with the Spanish lyrics. Even though it has minimal orchestration, Hrithik does a commendable job and manages to pull off the song very well.
Finally there is ‘Fire’ with Rajesh Roshan, Vishal Dadlani, Anirudh Bhola and Anushka Manchanda behind the mike. The song is marked by a long prelude, electronic sounds and strong orchestration. The vocals too come along way, but much later. It sounds like a track to be used as a background score.
It also has an English version, which is not too different from the Hindi version.
On the whole, for ‘Kites’, Rajesh Roshan has experimented with some modern sounds and beats that make the album interesting. One can look forward to the album that has a potential to become a hit.
Drake said that this album might be “a solid hip hop album” totally different from his mixtape So Far Gone, whose musical fashion has been compared to that of Kanye West’s album 808s & Heartbreak. Drake has also stated a want to work with Kanye West, Andre 3000, Child Cudi, Kings of Leon and Sade on the album
On Could 28, 2009, unbiased label Canadian Money Entertainment bought an unauthorized Drake album, The Women Love Drake, on iTunes, Rhapsody.com, Shockhound, and Amazon.com. Drake’s administration sent a cease and desist order to iTunes, which promptly removed the album from sale on June 5. Drake then planned to sue Canadian Money.
Drake resumed work on the album in October 2009 following an onstage injury from a July 2009 concert. Hip hop producer Omen informed Billboard journal that a video for “Shut It Down” would be directed by Hype Williams. Nevertheless, Drake acknowledged in an interview that “Shut It Down” could be a single but not the first one. The single was launched on Drake’s weblog on March four, 2010. Apart from his Toronto-based producer group, Drake additionally collaborated with aspiring European producer Crada, who already worked on Kid Cudi’s debut album Man on the Moon: The End of Day. Dre.
Though this statement was made, at the Grammy’s, Drake stated that he is nonetheless working on the album. MTV Information reported in December that Drake planned for the album to be launched by March 2010. Later, Rap-Up revealed that the album would be released sometime in spring. Nevertheless, Common Motown said the album has been pushed again three weeks to June 15, 2010. http://medanmusic.com/drake-thank-me-later-2010-leak/
Drake has acknowledged that Nas and André 3000 have been an inspiration to him and have influenced some of the work on Thank Me Later. I all the time wanted to understand how he painted these footage and his bar structure. “More victorious, ’cause that’s where I’m at in my life.”
