      Bowie spotted a couple meeting up on a bench by the Berlin Wall. He though of all the places in Germany why would they want to pick a bench underneath a guard turret on the Wall.
      Supposedly about finding redemption.
      Just read about this song in Rolling Stone magazine and had to hear it.
