@emilyhf3 yes, use less water in the batter if you use egg.

Would there be a difference if I added the egg into to the flour and water mixture instead of adding it at the end like you did?

The flip technics is exactly the same for french Pancake call Crépe ^^ !!! i love those Korean and also Okonomiyaki japanese version of pancake.

My mother is korean and my father is japanese and they fuse their cultures together when they cook and we always have a feast whenever they make the “combined korean and japanese pancakes”. my father loads it with seafood and meat and my mother puts alot of vegetables in it. and it takes all 5 of us 2 days to eat all of it.

Should the chives always be fresh?
I have the chives that come in a shaker stored in the seasonings section at grocery stores, will that work too?
