people I communicated with put the responsibility for dealing with the damage on everyone other than themselves and finally said they would do nothing to compensate me for my loss. So I promised the last person to finally say no to compensation (Ms. Irlweg) that I would write and produce three songs about my experience with United Airlines and make videos for each to be viewed online by anyone in the world. hummbuzztube , Daves Taylor was not only in a hard case , the hard case was in a soft case , so it took real malice to break it frankly united needs more baggage handlers working less hours for more pay and the whole system upgraded as to the handling of luggage better security in the handling areas for baggage as well , perhaps even an electronic tag added to bags that indicated when they were being loaded onto the wrong plane , anything has to be better than the systems they have in place now

You guys are my heros. I love musicals. They are such an effective way of communication. If you put up a complaint speech video, it would get lost in the hundreds of them.
You broke tradition and did something unique. Kudos to you guys. I sympathize for the broken instrument though.

I find it really refreshing to to see customers literally finding a voice to highlight the abhorrent behaviour of a big company . I wish the band all the best and congratulations on demonstrating such uncommon peaceful resolution skills
