No the color of the sky is due to the scattering and absorption of light by the gases and dust in the atmosphere not refraction. If it was due to refraction then the sky would look like a rainbow. The color of the sky is due to shorter wavelengths (blue) being more susceptible to the scatterings and absorption then the longer wavelengths (red) hence the red sky in at sunrise/sunset, the more atmosphere the ray goes through the more the shorter
wavelengths are scattered and absorbed.

OXYGEN IS magnetic? so what other uses is oxygen good for is there an alternate gas to breath

I think that the blue sky phenomenon is caused by refraction of sunlight in the water droplets in the atmosphere- hence the red colour in sunset/sunrise when the angle of the incident sunlight is greater=> longer wavelenth light=>red shift.
