I love this song, and unemployed in summertime. I just recently became unemployed, I went to the edd website, clicked on an instructional video on how to fill out the forms, and her video was there for me to click on, how clever. Now I just sit and click on all her songs, when I should probably be updating my resume. I just love her hypnotic voice.

I heard that this song is about her friend who died… and they always said they would meet on the sunny road. They hadnt talked in a long time and this is her way of saying goodbye.

and yeah if u listen to all the songs on the record you´l get that shes singing about her boyfriend that was killed by some gangsters and she´s just letting it all out in the songs .
