thats utter bullshit, you have absolutely no idea what your talking about. kimchi and rice is the big part of korean culture but eating dogs isnt. the old generations ate dogs becus of the hard times under the occuption of Japan, so they had to eat whatever they got and can find. These days its no longer a delicacy and the young generation detest eating dogs.
