Having “more to say” does not automatically make someone “more intelligent.” In fact, the more some people talk, the less intelligent they are, in my experience.

I tend to believe it is the music US corporate radio plays. Clear Channel owns over 50% of the radio stations in this country and the rest are owned by other huge companies and they dictate what to play.. Commercial radio was never great but in the last 15-20 years it has gotten worse.
